Canvas - All our canvases are supplied wrapped around the frame, the image can be extended to wrap, or with plain colour sides.
Printing is done using Epson 9800 printers and genuine Epson inks. Canvas is supplied from Permajet and is 350 gsm, with a bright white base giving great colour and black and white print quality.
Our canvases are varnished with a satin varnish to protect the surface. We are one of the few printing companies who do this, yes it does make our canvas prices more expensive than some of the other companies on the internet, but it means that they will last longer and can be cleaned or wiped with a damp clorh without damaging the surface of the canvas.
Finished canvases are shipped in 3 to 5 days.
Photographic prints - We use 271 gsm gloss or luster paper. These papers match standard heavy weight photographic lab printing papers.
Fibre Base Royal is 325gsm and is the best paper for a traditional black and white darkroom look and feel. This paper is also excellent for colour printing.
Finished prints are shipped in about 24 hours.
Fine Art rints - We use 285 gsm textured paper called 'Touchon' from Hahnemuhle and also a smooth paper from Permajet called 'Omega' this is a heavy weight 310gsm art paper.
If you are looking for something special this is the way to go.
Finished prints are shipped within 48 hours.
Printing - All our printing services are available from digital media, 35mm or medium format film, prints or artwork upto A3 in size. For larger artwork we are able to photograph the artwork and print from the finished digital file. Please contact us for photo artwork prices.
All printing is done on Epson 9800 printers using genuine Epson ink, printed at 1440 dpi, this gives the best quality result.
All the media that we use is custom profiled using an x-rite i1 Photo 2 and profiling software. We print and measure 2000 patches to provide the best colour and shadow detail possible. This is done in-house to ensure we produce the highest quality prints no matter what media we print on.
For customers sending film or prints the finished file will be supplied on CD/DVD with the finished prints.

Image correction - We will remove Red eye, and dust / scratches by default. Colour and density will be adjusted if we feel it will improve the end print / canvas unless requested to print as sent.
Uploading Files - We can take any size JPEG file upto 15 Mb compressed in size. For small file sizes our specialized software is used to produce a high quality print. We do ask that you do not resize your images. We now offer a password protected FTP service for photographers wishing to send bulk orders. Please contact us to arrange set-up of this service. This is free for all our professional customers.
If we find the quality of the file will not print at your requested size we will contact you to discuss your options.
Sending files - You can send your files on CD, DVD, memory card or USB pen drive to us via post. Please use recorded delivery, if you are sending prints or artwork we ask that you use a card backed envelope to keep the print flat.
We can print from JPEG, TIFF, PSD, PDF files. If you wish to use TIFF or PSD format these will need to saved to disc and posted to us.
Post to - Images On, 12 Grousemoor, Haswell, County Durham, DH6 2BU. Please include full instructions, including your name and address and daytime contact phone number.
Colour space - We can print from Adobe RGB, sRGB files or ProPhoto RGB files.
Please send only RGB or greyscale files. CMYK mode files will need to be converted to RGB for printing and do not print as well due to the nature of mode conversion.
Image library - Download files are supplied as in our terms and conditions.
For print orders from our image library a standard charge of £10.00 per print / canvas etc is charged plus our normal printing / shipping charges.
